Captioning

A caption is a subtitle with additional information. For instance, a caption may identify the speaker and indicate the use of non-spoken sounds, such as music and other background sounds.

Like subtitles, captions can be used to display the spoken text on the video. The caption file can be “open” or “closed”. The former cannot be turned off by the viewer, whereas a closed caption gives the viewer the option of displaying or hiding the caption.

We can provide the subtitled file in many formats, including SRT (SubRip Text), TTML (Timed Text Markup Language), WebVTT (Web Video Text Tracks), SMI (Synchronised Multimedia Integration), SCC (Scenarist Closed Captions), and many others.
